I mean when we send pink-triplicate,green-quadruplicate & also quintuplicate copy of ARE1 to excise,do they return us after verification?

@ Rudrayani, yes they do return the same. At the time of submiting the proof of exports, you have to attach this pink copy along with the Original ARE 1 to excise.

@ Anandan at the time of submitting the proof of export means when we submit annexure 19 in the excise? because while filing annexure 19,we have to submit original,duplicate copies of ARE1 signed by customs alongwith shipping bill & transport copy of invoice.so at that time again pink copy is needed?

currently i am not having any pink copyof ARE1 for the period from june 12 to june 13.now the excise officers are asking for the same (for verification of UT-1 utilisaion during that period)

we export under UT1 which is expired after june 13.but for renwal of UT-1 excise people are asking for the pink copy of ARE1.

we prepare 6 copies of ARE1 out of which original,duplicate & sixtuplicate copies are submitted in customs; triplicate(pink),quadruplicate(green),quintuplicate(blue) are submitted in excise.{but i think only pink copy is needed to submit in excise}

if we submit these 3 copies in excise,do they return all of those to us??because for two transactions (during june 12 to june13) i am having quadruplicate(green) & quintuplicate(blue) copies of ARE1 signed by excise officer.

& the problem is not having 3rd,4th,5th copy of ARE1 BUT having the 1st,2nd,6th copies of ARE1  signed by customs.(for the same period i.e.june12 to june13)

for UT-1 renewal,excise officers are asking for the pink(3rd) copy of ARE1.

pleaseeeeeee  guide  what  to  do?
