my name is vaibhav jain

i'm made to do the personal works for my ca   Fetching vegetables for his wife depositig cheques ans chalans for him ,getting papers photocopied, serving the clients  is that all for which i have been ???????

am i his article or his slave!!!! adding to the furies is that i am made to work WITHOUT STIPEND -GIVE CASH IN RETURN OF CHEQUE

CAN I KNOW FOR WAT A ARTICLE IS FOR?

wat are his duties, work,responslibities

u should have self respect n u r self respect should not be heart ,u should tk a trf or better to tok to ICAI or Chairman of WICASA they will help.what ever stated above is true then u should tk some action.best of luck

its not about being self respect or  being a slave. its not just about ur fututre but other artticles also under him. if u can prove this , i suggest u to make a written complaint with the ICAi to look into such areas of concern. Am sure some action would be taken against him.

As regards work like photocopying n deposit of challans is concerned, if the office is not too big, then you would have to do it sometimes, its not slavery. BUt things like fetching vegetables for his family, and serving clients is something which is not acceptable.

Dont take it lightly and do go against such treatment, And the fact about not being paid is strictly unethical.. Wish u luck

ICAI is so stupid that it has not enacted any good and hard provisions for betterment of articles , ensuring them a good work and ensuring that they get their stipends on time

i feel sorry for you but i tell you vaibhav about 70% of students are  NOT satisfied of their training

this is a big loophole in our system

only the person who has "jan pechan " with his ca except some exceptions  are only  satisfied . THEY ARE GIVEN IMPOTANCE OVER OTHER ARTICLED IN ASSIGNMENT  OF WORK.

Articleship is just about providing cheap labour.

 SORRY HARRY I DONT AGREE WITH ..ITS NOT ALL ABOUT PROVIDING CHEAP LABOUR....THOUGH THERE R SOME CASES LIKE VAIBHAV BUT MANY OF FRIENDS HAVE KICK START JOBS ON D BASIS OF THERE ARTICLES N MARKS...

I dont agree you on this Mr. Suneet.

ICAI is not stupid. Its that you are not aware of your rights. Who says that ICAI has not made any strict rules as regards to articles. Please refer the Chartered Accountants Act and Regulations. there are several regulations regarding articleshio training.

 

Also if considering what Mr. Vaibhav has said is true, you can find all there is provision in the Regulations for such acts of Chartered Accountants. Its not ICAI's fault if you are not aware of the regulations made by it for articled clerks. In this case Mr. Vaibhav should lodge a written complaint to Disciplinary Committee of ICAI seeking justice for such misbehaviour of the Employer.

 

So Mr. Vaibhav, its advice to you to be aware about your rights and obligations and to Mr. Suneet, not to speak abuse about ICAI without knowing any regulatory information.
