Are scanners useful ??

only scanners are not enough to prepare ur ca exams

i know i cant depend only on scanner ... just wana know wats there in it and also whether it would be of some help or nt ...

yaa scanners may help you because it contains questions asked in previous attempts

The quality of answers given in these scanners are not so good. Its better to buy compilers published by ICAI. These Compilers are same as scanner i.e contains solved questions of previous exams chapter wise. You can find quality answers in compilers published by ICAI. And the best thing is that these compilers are available at very nominal rate of Rs.60 to Rs.80 approx. But i have noticed that almost all the questions given in the compilers/scanners of Suchita publn. are given in the practise manuals so buying compilers now will also not be much useful. Just refer practise manuals...it covers all the past years papers and for the recent years papers you can download suggested answers published on icai website.

Agree with him . Even you can find more previous years papers by clicking on archives.

yes scanners are vry helpful>>if u can attempt 70-80% problems of scanner u wil surely clr the exm in 1st atempt

always Read and be habitual with Full Fledge Books.

 

dont be depenndent on any type of scanner.

 

coz, to scan any time is a short cut way of study, it will confuse during the exam means at the time of writing answer in exam.

Have a standard textbook for the preparation and complement it with Practice Manual, but scanners are not up to the mark. The ICAI's Practice Manuals are really well refined with quality answers and one of the sources where the examiner can pick the questions.

suchita scanners are the best ones so far as the concept of scanner is concerned ...

but what is the job of scanner is first you should analyse ...

it is just to review the pattern and trend of questions asked in past 28 attempts accumulated at one place

and how can you rely on the answers of questions given in those scanners written by the staticians who are just copy pasting...

i have always bought unsolved scanners and used it for trend setting and making my own perception on self study subject trends... and found them mega useful
