What are the time limits in which we need to submit the different copies of ARE-1 to our Range Office ?

At the time of Export: Within 24 Hours or next day of Export.
As proof of Export:
In Case of Export under Rebate Claim: Within One year from the date of Export.
In any other Case: within Six month of Export.

In case of clearance on Friday - We have no option but to submit on Monday. Hope it is fine.

If next day is holiday (whether Saturday, Sunday or any other) then after holiday.
