i hvnt appeared in the Aptech Online Exemption test. next week i am planning to appear in that. i heard that Certificate will be issued after 1 month by the Aptech Center. but they will give me a Provisional Certificate immediately after appearing in the test. i just want to confirm from you whether on the basis of that Provisional Certificate may i submit my exam form.

AND DO PHOTO COPY OF IT AND PUT IT WITH YOURSELF.
