A new company has applied for name approval. Its proposed name was GREEN HIGH ENCLAVE PRIVATE LIMITED, GREEN HIGH INFRA PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED AND GREEN HIGH HI-TECH PRIVATE LIMITED but none of the names were approved because the prefix word GREEN is registered under Trademark Class 36 by Paymate India Pvt Ltd. But the same company applied for another name i.e GREEN HIGH INFRA PROPERTIES PRIVATE LIMITED, that was approved. how? this also contains the same prefix word GREEN. Kindly suggest
