Follow section 161 of teh companies act 2013 for appointing him as additional director in the company.
For thsi following documents need to be attached along with DIR-12
DIR-2 and DIR-8,
Interest in other entities statement,
PAN Card copy and address proof,
letter of appointment and
copy of Board resolution
