in case of private company, agm held on 30.09.2014, auditor was appointed for 1 year instead of 5 year , then for what period his appointment should be made in current agm??

If provisions of Sec 139 regarding Rotation of Auditor is applicable then 4/9 years & each year appointment by ratification.
This is a private company having paid up share capital less than rs. 20 crore and nil borrowing then can I go ahead with appointment for a period of 5 years????
