Sir,
One Private Ltd. Comapny has appointed 2 MD under Companies Act,1956 in the year 2011-11.
i want to know that there is any need to Re-appoint them under the Companies Act,2013?
And if YES then what will be the effective date for reappointment of such MD?

There is no compulsion on appointment of MD in case of Private Company
If the Pvt. Company wishes to appoint MD than they have to comply Section 196 of the CA 2013
