Hi,

What is the procedure and process when a Director resigns and appoint a new MD for a private limited company? What are all the necessary documentations to be in place? What would be an expert advice for the new MD?

a.)MGT 14 with Resolution Board Copy.

b.)Form DIR-3C for intimation of DIN to ROC.

c.)Form DIR-12 for appointment of Director with Board Resolution Copy.

d.)Dorm DIR-11 for removal of Director.
