Appointment of Joint Auditor

Plz rpl anybody on this matter.................

Upto my understanding; You ned to secure a Certificate first under section 224(1)(b). Recommend their appointment in Board meeting. Serve Notice for AGM/EoGM (as the case may be). Convene AGM/EoGM pass resolution and intimate both auditors within 7 Days of their appointment. Arrange to enetr into a inter-se allocation of responsibilities between auditors. Arrange to get F23B filed with concerned ROC. Regards,
