Can you plz tell me that what is the procedure to appoint Joint Auditors for the Company.
What agreement the Joint Auditors are required to sign with each other and what other formalities they and Company required to fulfill?
Can Joint Auditor be appointed in the Board Meeting and later on can be re-appointed in the Annual General Meeting or EGM is required to be called upon to appoint joint auditor?
