Can internal auditor (Private Company ) accept appointment as a statutory auditor for the same financial year after giving resignation in between of the year? In this case previous statutory auditor has resigned and company intends to appoint internal auditor as a statutory auditor?
No he cant as it will be voilation of section 139
Can you the relevant sction or circular or guidance note for that?
