The article of association (AOA) cannot name the first auditor of the company. The first auditor of the company can be appointed by the BOD's of the company and the first auditor appionted will hold the office for till the next AGM. And the most important point to be noted is that the first auditor cannot be named in the AOA of the company.

first auditor can not hold the office on the basis of named in AOA.. he can perform his duty only after the board's approval to do so. he will hold the office untill the conclusion of First AGM.

Agreed with Mr. Mohit.

Same as told by Mohit

I also agreed with mohit

In AOA we will not give any information about the First auditor of the company. With in one month from the date of Incorporation a company should appoint a statutory auditor and he will jhold the office till the date of next agm.

The details of statutory auditor should mention in 1st bm minutes also.
