Whole time director is the director who is giving his whole time to his company in which he is employed.

He can not join other company as Whole time director.

For remuneration, you have to go through the sch. XIII as remuneration varies from type of company, depending upon its Capital.

However, he can be non executive director in other companies along with WTD in One.
