My Private company was incorporated on 8 JAN 2019 with a paid up capital of Rs 1 lakh. We have 2 directors out of which 1 is staying outside India (NRI). We want to appoint 2 more directors in our company, Whether we should conduct board meeting/ AGM/ EGM? kindly suggest the procedure which i should follow to add 2 more director.

You can either appoint an additional director in the Board and conform his appointment as director in the ensuing AGM or EGM. Or directly appoint as director in the AGM or EGM.
