Dear Professionals,
What is the procedure to appoint CS in a Pvt limited Co. which is in process to enhance their paid up capital to Rs. 5 cr. but the co wants to appoint CS before ehancement of capital.
Does Co needs to file both MGT-14 and MR-1 ?
