Appointment of cfo

If the Director is the whole Time Key managerial personnel, he cannot hold the office as CFO in another Company except the subsidiary Company as per the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act 2013. However the provisions of section 203 is not applicable on Private limited Company. If the Director is the non executive Director, he can hold the position of CFO in another Company
