Auditor is appointed in AGM held on 27.9.2014 for 3 years and form ADT-1 is file for F.Y 1-4-214 to 31-03-2017. Now in AGM held on Sept 2017 ratification of auditor is shown instead of appointment.
Now what to do in this case as Audit for F.Y 2017-18 is due.

Section 139 (10)of the Companies Act 2013 says as Where at any annual general meeting, no auditor is appointed or re-appointed, the existing auditor shall continue to be the auditor of the company.
