Hello Everyone,
We have applied for DIN in october and it has got rejected for 4 times. Now we have appointed the applicant as additional director on 3rd January 2011, and the DIN got approved on 20th January,2011.
Is it ok, Have I committed any violation of Company Law.

I dnt think that there is any contravention of LAW Becoz as its given in sec 266A a person who has applied for allotment of DIN, can be appointed as Director till such DIN is allotted. So in my views there is no violation of law.
