Hi,

Your problem is exclusively dealt with in the help (instruction) page of form-32. 

Kindly read column no. 5 of attached file which states:

In case of appointment of an additional director, file the form with option as ‘Appointment’ and designation as ‘Additional director’. Upon confirmation at the subsequent AGM, file the form with as ‘Change in designation’ and designation as applicable.

In case of an additional director who is also a Managing Director, upon confirmation at the subsequent AGM, file the form with option as ‘Change in designation’ and designation as ‘Managing Director’.
