Appointing auditor

Hi All., I incorporated my company on 6th of march 18, I am planning to start my company activities after 5 months because of financial issue and there will not be any transaction happens till five months. so is it necessary to appoint auditor within 90 days what happens if i dont appoint him for 6 months Thanks

Sir ,
as per companies act. 2013 the first auditor should be appointed by the board within 30 days of registration of company .

if board fails to appoint within 30 days the board shall inform the members of the company who shall appoint the first auditor within 90 days at an EGM.

so as in your case it is immeterial to not to appoint just because financial difficulty.

If i dont have any transanction in the company for 6 months., is it neccessary to file GST returns on this month end?

Whether you have made any sale or purchase transactions in the company, you have to file GST returns.

YES. YOU HAVE TO FILE NIL GST RETURN
