Applying pan for school running under trust

Hello Everybody 

I m facing a problem in appllying for PAN card for my school , as pan card is mandatory for opening a school bank account in any bank. My school is running under a charitable trust whose PAN card i have . But bank requires seperate PAN card for school.I asked them if its mandatory they said yes.

As several instituitions can run under a trust so each require seperate PAN card .

So i wanna know that under which category I should apply for PAN card and what will be the required documents ?

I know there are learned people here on this forum who will definately help me out .
