Applying for dormant status (MSC-1)

Hi,

I am retired senior citizen, running 77 years age. How can I apply to MCA to change status of my company to dormant? my company has not done any business activities for past 2 financial years. Do I have to file MSC-1 for it? My company`s auditor is not reachable too. Could you pleasse help advise how to do? I will do so.
