after central government notification with effect from 9.7.2011 there will be no fresh issue of DPIN. any person desires to become a designated partner in a LLP now has to obtain DIN instead of DPIN by filling e- form DIR-3,If a person has allotted DIN then the same DIN shall also be used as DPIN for all purposes under LLP Act 2008.
my doubt is how can I apply. actually we cont apply fresh DIN in DIR-3

The form for application of DIN is discontinued for Limited Liability Partnership by announcement of MCA till 31st March, 2018. Hence, it is expected to deploy appropriate form after stated period and can proceed accordingly.
