I had applied for both the IPC groups November 2013 attempt. Is it possible for me to change it to group 1 only, since i'm not at all prepared for group 2. And if i simply don't sit for group 2 exams, would that affect my group 1 score or exemptions in any way? Thanks

You can't change it,
However you can appear in single group without writing the 2nd group or vise-versa..
