Application of tds or not.
f a partnership firm is giving advertisements in electronic print media than should tds be levied on it if the firm is providing material for the advertisements to print media?

its liable for TDS as its an advertiment expenses
TDS will be applicable since advertisment is specifically included in the definition of work u/s 194C
If it is not a contract than what are the implications?
