The name availability of a company, which I had applied for, is expiring on 23rd April. I want to get renewal of name by a period of 30 days.
Today, when I am applying for the same by logging into my MCA ID and filling the form available in 'Apply for Company Name Renewal'; the following message is being shown:
"As per 'NAME AVAILABILITY GUIDELINES, 2011' Form for Renewal of Company Name can not be filed."
Can anyone explain why this message? Does it mean that I have to file the application for renewal in the above manner 1 or 2 days before expiry of the name i.e. on or after 21st April?
