i am applying for membership, please clarify the following doubts:
1. can i get the certificates attested by a gazetted officer?
2. If contribution towards CABF is voluntary, then why in the seventh page of form 2, details of DD are asked for Rs. 4500 or Rs. 6500?

1. Only self attested copies are required. (Dont forget you are a CA now...:P )
2. Contribution to CABF is voluntary, you may pay only Rs. 2000 (If you are not applying for COP) and write it by hand Rs. 2000 in front of Rs. 4500 or whatever.

yes ca pankaj is right dont worry abt amount, write only 2000 and it will be accepted......
