I received letter from ICAI to pay Additional 2500 for CABF saying that " THE CENTRAL COUNSIL HAS DECIDDE TO MAKE CABF CONTRIBUTION COMPULSORY FOR FIRST TIME ENROLEMENT OF MEMBERS"

Xerox copy can be sent .Fees is rs 2000.I have applied for membership on 2nd aug ,not received my membership  yet.

CABF is not compulsory ,as my friend got the membership no without giving CABF .
