Application for certified copies/inspection. plz help

hello guys.

I want to apply for

Online Application for Inspection and/or Certified Copies of an Answerbook

this is the 7th point i read, and interpreted as, when i downloaded the (red colour declaration) form mentioned below, all i just need to fill up the blanks and scan it again and upload the same and make the payment?

is it like we have to write the whole declaration form in our handwriting and the same is to scanned and uploaded.

Please download & print THIS DECLATARTION file on A4 size paper, Fillup the blank areas (in English if the Medium wasEnglish else in Hindi if the Medium of exam was Hindi) , Sign it, Scan as A4 (100DPI, upto 200KB). The signed scanned application which is clearly readable has to be uploaded.

Dear friend read it carefully, they have specifically given "FILL up the blank details, scan it and upload it."

just fill in the blank details and scan it.

dear friend, they have clearly mentioned that, print it, fill up the blank details and upload it.

just, fill up the blank details, no need to write down the whole application, just write roll number and sub name, etc, and sign it the same sign that u used in may 13 exam.

thats it.
