Application for CA Final Nov 2020

ICAI has opened application window for CA Final exams of November 2020 w.e.f 05-08-2020. I have already filed exam application for May 2020 exams and have not taken 'opt-out' scheme. From ICAI notification, I understand that I need to apply again for Nov 2020 exams afresh. Kindly confirm whether a fresh exam application is to be filed by me. If yes, whether application fees of May 2020 will be adjusted against Nov 2020?
