Applicablity of RCM and TDS on reimbursement
Diretor has used cab service for company perpose.bill is in the name of director and he pay the bill. Now he reimbursement from the company, whether company need to follow RCM and TDS on such reimbursement?

RE-IMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES DOESN'T INVOLVE ANY CONSIDERATION, SERVICE TAX IS CHARGED ON CONSIDERATION.HENCE NO SERVICE TAX.
and TDS is on income not on any kind of reimbursement hence NO TDS.
