I Have a query
Order for Works Contract has been placed from HYD,AP for the work to be executed in Bangalore by a delaer in karnataka
--> Whether CST is appplicable on the above transaction or VAT
--> Whether there will be any Works contract TDS(WCT) applicable on the above transaction.
Kindly clarify

1. CST is applicable on this transaction.
2. There will be no WCT applicable. You have to charge CST on this transaction.
