Applicability of thresh hold limit of service tax

No dear, even after the introduction of negative list the service provider is entitled to exemption for the value of services upto Rs. 10 lacs provided the service provider total value of servioces during the prev FY doesn't exceed Rs. 10 lacs. However, in case of reverse charge mechanism the exemption of RS. 10 lacs is not allowed.
