Applicability of Tax Audit for multiple businesses

Hi ,

One of my clients is having two businesses - one professional consultany and other dealership of E bikes. This is first yeat of dealership of E bikes and is having loss . Consultany income is as per Sec 44ADA. As there is a business loss in other business, loss is fully set off against consultancy income. Query is whether tax audit is applicable for dealership business as it is having loss.
