One of my clint company is a mso(large cable oprator company) they are laying underground cables in various cities. they have engaged several contractors for this. now the suppliers are charging service tax on their bills. now my question is that this service falls under ambit of service tax if yes pls also qute section & taxable service name

if it is covered in this definition - “Cable operator” (including multi system operators) means any person who provides cable service through a cable television network or otherwise controls or is responsible for the management and operation of a cable television network
then it is covered under [Section 65(105)(zs)] CABLE OPERATOR’S SERVICES
