is Service Tax applicable on the jewellary making charges collected by the jewellers. The making charges collected by jewellers is much more than the making charges spent by them.

"Taxable services means any service provided or to be provided any person, by a fashion designer, in relatio to faishon designing"
Fashion designing:- includes any activity relating to conceptualizing, outlining, creating the designs and preparing patterns for costumes, apparels, garments, clothing accessories, jewellery or any other articles, intended to be worn by human beings and any other service incidental thereto.
Currently we are providing a vehicles to employee comutation for the company which is located in SEZ Hyderabad. Is service tax excempted there?
