Applicability of service tax

pls help me out,

i want to know whether Service tax is Applicable  ??? if  A captain working as a pilot (on contract basis)at off Shore Terminal and doing following Jobs,

1). Berthing and Un berthing Vessels at Single Point Mooring Buoys.

2). Attending the Pullback of vessels at Single Point Mooring Buoys,

3). berthing and un-berthing of tankers at oil Jetty

if Yes, Then Please tell me service name and Service Tax Xode etc.
