Applicability of section 165 of companies act 2013 to additional director
Section 165 of Companies Act 2013 specifies the number of directorships to be held by a director including alternate director. Will this limit apply to person appointed as an additional director?

Yes, of course. Additional director is also a director for all purposes of the Act.
