Please give your views in the the below question..
I have a single heavy vehicle, which is run on hire a single partnership firm. I receive freight income. I am not a GTA as no consignment note is issued. So my question is will there be reverse charge on the receiver of service, the partnership firm?

NO reversecharge will come incase of transportation of goods with out consignment note
