Applicability of rcm on freight in case of export sale of sugar

Dear Experts,

Please confirm applicability of GST RCM on Freight  in case of Export sale of Sugar.

In  case of company Exporting  Sugars & we are paying Freight Up to Port whether GST RCM applicable on not.

If applicable what is the rate of RCM.

Yes .... if you are paying to GTA & the rate is 5%
