Hey guys,
I run a health club under a proprietorship concern. My staff strength is 12 out of which 3 person draw salary more than 15000 and all draw salary above Rs 6500/-.
1. Am I under the purview of ESIC as I have read that it is applicable only to factories having some sort of manufacturing
2. Am I under the purview of PF as well as the strength is below 20 ?
3. What is the strength required for coming under ESIC and PF. I have read somewhere it is 10 and somewhere it is 20
