I want to know that MAO CARO, 1988 is still in force for a companies which did not fulfill the critaria of CARO, 2003,
and
What is critaria for applicability of MAO CARO, 1988.

MAOCARO is no more in existence. It is now being replaced by CARO(2004). So companies will have to fullfill the criteria as per CARO and not MAOCARO.
