Applicability of GST on NGO
A NGO (not having a 12 AA certificate) purchases some medicines and donates it. Is GST applicable on such transaction??

As per Notification no. 12/2017
Only services by an entity registered under section 12AA of income tax act is nil rated but
above entity has no certificate

good clarification
You have to Pay GST on Purchase of Medicine or Any other thing. Means You have to pay GST on Purchase.
Regarding GST Applicable to NGO, only if your NGO Transaction is above 36-40 Lakh. [Limit is 40 lakh rupees 2019-20]
