I need to know whether the amendments made by the finance act 2010 are relevant or not for the nov 2010 ca final exams.

no finance act 2009 is applicable
Finance Act 2009 is applicable for Nov-2010 Exam and All case laws and circulars, Notification upto 30th april 2010 are applicable for nov-2010 exam for both direct and indirect Taxes.
