as per the normal way..... only changes in th act or circular passed before 6 months of the exam will be applicable for the exam.......

ya rakesh is right.only amendments b4 six months of the exam date i.e. 01-06-2009 will b applicable for june'09 exam.

The bill is only introduced not passed hence it will not b apllicable for the next attempt.
