Is companies amendment act 2017 applicable for November 2018 Final CA exams.?

Yes, The Companies (amendment) Act 2017 was notified in January 2018. So it should be applicable for the November attempt. However BOS has still not put up anything on their website regarding which provisions are applicable for exams and which are not. So you should study all the amendments corresponding to the provisions covered in the syllabus.
