Whether CARO is applicable on Consolidated Financial Statement of Parent Company consolidate with associate company only?

CARO 2016 is not applicable on Consolidated Financial Statements. It is applicable to standalone financial statements only. It is applicable only to private companies which do not fulfil the exemption criteria.
