Whether ammenments introduced in last budget is applicable in NOV 11 IPCC or not?

Applicability of Budget 11 in NOV. 11 IPCC

For Nov,11 Exams the ammendments upto 30 April,11 will be applicable and the A/Y will be A/Y 2011-12.
The last Budget introduced was of A/Y 2012-13,which will not be applicable for Nov,11 exams.
