Please provide me a solution for the following situation
there was an appointment and resignation of director without filling any eform we raised the ticket than to it has not been resolved

As per my understanding of your question....pl note that
Appointment and resignation of director are the action taken by director and by Company....Filing of Forms is just a statutory requirement of reporting with ROC...If someone has not filed the form it doesnot mean that appointment and resignation is not effective.....
Filing of forms can be done at anytime.... if not filed on time...than either compound the matter or file it with late fees....
